There is no fee to join. All you have to do is follow teacher Rosan Cruz socials on Facebook or Instagram each day starting March 23, 2024 until April 5, 2024 and post a photo of yourself doing the day’s challenge each day on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #LiveHealBloomKundaliniYogaChallenge.

Winners will be announced on April 7, 2024.

For those who are committed and complete the 14-days, the prize is free admission to the “Healing through the Chakras 8-class Series” every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm.
