Kundalini Yoga 101

Learn the basics of Kundalini Yoga this March from 6:30-7:45 pm.  This ancient scientific practice is designed to strengthen your nervous and glandular systems, leading to enhanced intuition, intelligence, healing, and spiritual insight.

In this four-class series,  you will gain a deeper understanding of fundamental Kundalini Yoga techniques that can be applied both in class and in your personal practice. The dates for the sessions are as follows:

March 7 – Let Go and Open your Heart

March 12 – Break Habits and Bring Energy to Life

March 14 – Be Courageous and Radiant

Whether you are new to Kundalini Yoga or have some experience, our 101 class is tailored to suit all levels of practitioners. No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate. All you need a yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfortable attire and for online participants, a lapotop or mobile device for Zoom. The classes will be facilitated by Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher Rosan Cruz. The classes are in a hybrid format, available online via Zoom and in person from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm.  Pre-register for all access to four classes at a discounted rate of P2,288 or alternatively, join on a drop-in basis for P650 per class.
