A new year provides a perfect opportunity for new beginnings, creating something brand new. This is a time to put leadership abilities and unique talents to use. This is a perfect time for a fresh start. It is important to lay a solid foundation at the beginning of this new cycle to set the tone for how the coming year will unfold.

The  90-minute scent and sound healing session is designed to help you bring creative inspiration to action. It is important to be creative in our daily lives as we search for solutions to all that we want to create and manifest for ourselves. The session uses the powerful sound vibrations of the gong facilitated by Gong Master Rosan Cruz and Gairaroma’s blended essential oils of pure plant and flower essences. You will learn how to use them in your daily self-care practice.

Contraindications are for women who are in their first and final trimester of pregnancy, children under the age of 7 and those who are suffering from serious mental health problems.
