
The influence of the moon has a remarkable impact on women. Just like the moon, a woman’s body goes through a monthly hormonal cycle that waxes and wanes. One day you feel empowered, like you can accomplish everything, and the next, you may feel insecure and unsure of yourself.
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and valuable technology to deal with these natural emotional fluctuations.
In this 6-class series, you will learn how to use yogic teachings regarding the menstrual cycle and menopause, meditation, and the concept of women as the Grace of God.

April 11- The Menstrual Cycle
April 13- Graceful Woman
April 18- Prevention of Early Menopause
April 20 –The Moon Centers
April 25 –Self-Care
April 27 – Divine Feminine Power
Each class includes various elements of the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga, such as breathing exercises (pranayama), kriyas (yoga poses), mudras (hand gestures), chanting, meditation, and more. Sound healing using a gong will be played at the end of the class.
Men are welcome to join to learn more about how to take better care of the women who matter most to them.
This class is open to all levels — no previous experience with Kundalini Yoga is needed. Pre-register to access all six classes at P3,250 or Drop in rate at P650 per class.
