
This September, get to know your body better with the eight-class kundalini yoga series. The sets are designed to help you learn about each organ’s primary roles and how it functions optimally and explore the connections between emotional and physical toxins.
Every organ corresponds to the energy of a specific emotion. A physical disorder is often linked to an imbalance in the emotion associated with that organ, and the reverse is true; an imbalance in an organ can aggravate the specific emotion experienced by a person.

September 15: Liver – Anger
September 20: Kidneys – Fear
September 22: Lungs – Sadness and Grief
September 27: Heart – Hate
September 29: Stomach – Insecurity
October 4: Spleen – Worry
October 6: Gallbladder – Indignation
October 11: Colon – Letting Go

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and profoundly transformative practice to help break through self-imposed limitations, increase self-awareness, and activate our inner power. The method uses breath, postures, sound, and meditation to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, tone the muscles, and release tension from the body.
The online series is open to all levels and requires no previous yoga experience. All you need is a laptop or mobile device for zoom, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and to wear comfortable clothes. The class is every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15 to 7:30 pm.
