International Kundalini Yoga legacy teachers Tarn Taran Singh and Tarn Kaur will be in Manila on November 4 to 9, 2019 to share the wisdom of Kundalini Yoga. They will be teaching classes and a workshop on how to “Live the Light”, to access the radiance that you need to attract peace, opportunities and prosperity into your lives.

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a powerful and deeply transformational practice to help you break through self-imposed limitations, increase your self-awareness and activate your inner power. The practice uses breath, postures, sound and meditation to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, tone the muscles, and release tension from the body.

Tarn Taran Singh and Tarn Taran Kaur have been married for 47 years and have been living the practice of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. They began teaching Kundalini Yoga internationally in 1972 when Yogi Bhajan asked them to move to the Netherlands. Since then, together, this couple has started multiple successful businesses and yoga centers in various countries. Yogi Tea was one of the businesses Tarn Taran Singh founded in Europe. Individually, both are much sought after yoga teacher trainers and mentors in Europe and the United States.
