Experience Scent and Sound Healing on March 18, 2018 (Sunday) to heal yourself, re-connect deeply with people and rebuild relationships as you learn to focus on love, healing and moving on.
Scent and Sound Healing uses the sound vibrations of the gong and essential oils of pure plant and flower essences to charge your energy fields. The session on March 18 is designed to help you forgive the mistakes you think you’ve made in the past, and those of everyone around you. You will also learn what to do for your daily self-care practice.
Wear light, comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat, an eye covering and a light shawl.
The rate is P750 for Yoga+Express Legazpi (YPELV) members and P950 for non-members. Walk-in rate is P1,000.
