Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program in the Philippines offers Early Bird Rate

Discover how Kundalini Yoga can awaken your true potential. Join the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) Level One Teacher Training Program in the Philippines. It consists of three one-week sessions starting on November 5 to 11, 2019, February 11 to 17, 2020 and ending on May 20 to 26, 2020 to be held in the Forest of Vraja sanctuary in Laguna. Save at least US$500 by signing up early.

The curriculum combines interactive theory with practical yogic and deep meditation knowledge for life. You will not only develop the skills to instruct students in Kundalini Yoga but also learn more about your Self, about your potential and your grace. The training is transformative. Emotionally, you may release old garbage such as anger and fear.

Physically, you will detoxify your body with yoga, vegetarian food and clean nature living. And spiritually, you will form lasting bonds of friendship with people who are committed to growth, motivated by love and want to make a difference in their own lives. In addition to required classroom hours, you will receive independent study assignments: readings, 40-day yoga and meditation assignments, Kundalini Yoga class participation, yoga practicum teaching and service projects.

Upon completing all requirements of the KRI Level One program, you earn the title of KRI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® and fulfill the Yoga Alliance RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200-hour requirement.
