The scent and sound healing session is designed to release karmic relationships and charge your heart and sacral energy fields using the sound vibrations of the gong and essential oils of pure plant and flower essences. You will learn how to use them in your daily self-care practice.

Wear light, comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat, an eye covering and a light shawl.

Contraindications are for women who are in their first and final trimester of pregnancy and those who are suffering from serious mental health problems.

The Early Bird rate is P600 for Yoga+Express Legazpi (YPELV) members and P800 for non-members until January 28, 2018. The regular rate is P750 for YPELV members, P950 for non-members. Walk-in rate is P1,000.
