Detox Your Mind: 7-Class Kundalini Yoga Series

In today’s world, stress isn’t just in our heads, it’s everywhere. Rising costs of daily life, from fuel to food, put constant pressure on our time, energy, and mental focus. When external pressures mount, the mind feels it first – more mental noise, restlessness, and tension – which can lead to burnout, poor focus, and health strain.

Detoxifying your mind clears this buildup, sharpens clarity, and equips you to respond to life’s demands with steady confidence. This 7‑class series is designed to help you release emotional and mental blocks, calm anxiety, recover your energy, and strengthen your ability to stay grounded and focused under pressure.

Each class targets a specific aspect of mental and emotional detox, including releasing anger, clearing emotional residue, calming inner restlessness, recovering from burnout, resolving inner conflict, setting healthy boundaries, and building inner strength and stability.

Kundalini Yoga is a somatic practice combining breathwork, movement, and meditation to support nervous system regulation and emotional processing. Each session helps you feel clearer, lighter, and more focused with practical tools you can apply in daily life.

Teacher Rosan Cruz, a Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher and Professional Trainer, is facilitating the class every Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:45 PM, in person or online via Zoom. Open to all levels, no experience needed. Recordings are available for one week if you miss a class.
