Online Kundalini Yoga Classes via Zoom (Mondays & Thursdays)
For those who prefer practicing at home—or live outside Metro Manila—our online Kundalini Yoga classes continue every week via Zoom at 6:30 PM on Mondays and Thursdays.
These virtual classes are live, guided, and interactive, offering the same depth and clarity as in-studio practice. Online practice is ideal if you have a busy schedule, want the consistency of a weekly routine without commuting, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space. Each month focuses on a specific Kundalini Yoga kriya or theme to support clarity, balance, and steady growth.

This January, the class series will be about the Sobagh Kriya, one of Kundalini Yoga’s most sacred and powerful kriyas to invoke the wealth of the Universe. Sobagh means good luck and grace, and this series will help clear blocks, steady your nervous system, and grounds clarity and trust for what’s ahead.

Classes are led by Rosan Cruz, a Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher and ATA Professional trainer, Gong Master, ThetaHealing practitioner, Shamanic Healer, and life coach. Rosan’s teaching is grounded, practical, and heart-centered, shaped by years of experience guiding group classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.
