Release Stress & Anxiety 4-class Kundalini Yoga series

Take a break from the holiday rush and join the Release Stress & Anxiety 4-class Kundalini Yoga Series. This series is all about giving you practical tools to help manage stress and boost your well-being during this busy time. We know that the holidays can bring on stress, anxiety, sleepless nights, but you don’t have to handle it alone! The series is designed to help you find peace and calm.

Kundalini Yoga is an effective way to relax your mind and body. It combines movement, breathing exercises, and meditation to help you feel less stressed, think more clearly, and have more energy. You’ll learn breathing techniques to soothe your nerves, meditations that help you feel grounded, and energizing exercises that promote joy and health.

Classes are:

November 7: Alleviate Elementary Stress

November 12: Combat Emotional Fatigue

November 14: Tap into Your Inner Strength

November 20: Navigate through Crisis

Each class is offered in a hybrid format, allowing you to join us in person or online via Zoom for your convenience. Classes run from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm and are designed for all levels, including beginners. Wear comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat, shawl, eye covering, and a water bottle ready. If you can’t attend a session live, each class will be recorded, giving you access to the recording for three days afterward.

The energy exchange is 650 per class or 2,340 for access to all four classes. Payment options include BPI, GCash, or Paypal. As soon as your payment is completed, you’ll automatically receive the link to the Zoom session via email.
