Let’s connect over a cup of coffee! Join us on Saturday, November 14, as Madhur-Nain Webster discusses tools to help you navigate uncertainty with ease and clarity so that you can respond rather than react to stressful situations.

As someone raised by spiritually-minded parents and has become a behavioral scientist, she will bridge the worlds of yogic meditation, psychology, and science to harness the mind and teach it to serve you best. Her advocacy is to find the courage to self-reflect so that you can self-correct.

Madhur-Nain is a kundalini yoga lead trainer, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and author of the Stressless Brain, the power of meditation and psychology to create a stress-free life.

We call this series Coffee Talk because it’s the things you’d be asking about if we were on a coffee break at work or sitting across the table over a cup of coffee? And now that we are all virtually connected, the intention is to reach out and share to help each other move forward.
